Members of the American Association of School Librarians across the nation can apply for a chance to receive a $2,500 grant to be used towards a literacy improvement project. Applicants must develop an original plan for a school library setting that motivates students in grades K-9 to read. The grant recipient should be able to provide evidence of students’ academic improvement, specifically their reading skills. The deadline to apply is 2/1/2020.
