Sustainable Jersey for Schools – Gardinier Environmental Fund Grant Cycle

Sustainable Jersey for Schools is a certification program for New Jersey public schools.

The program will award schools that want to go green, conserve resources and take steps to a bright future, one school at a time.

To support this program, The Gardinier Environmental Fund will be awarding $150,000 in grants.

Grants will be awarded to New Jersey municipalities and public school districts that have completed two things:

First, schools need to be registered to go green

AND

Second, they have to have an appointed green team that meets the program requirements

The 2019-2020 Gardinier Environmental Fund Grants Program cycle will award two $30,000 grants and nine $10,000 grants to fund projects focused on energy conservation, efficiency, and renewable energy. Applications are due by Thursday, October 31, 2019.
