Here at the NJ Teachers Lounge, we are all about supporting the work that NJ educators do for students around the state. We want to motivate, inspire, encourage and love on teachers ALL YEAR LONG.
On top of that, we want to make sure teachers feel especially appreciated on Teacher Appreciation Day (May 8, 2018) and for Teacher Appreciation Week (May 7-11th).
So, when we find tools that others are using to help do this, we want to help get the word out. So, when we found out the NEA is doing a few things this year to thank teachers for all that they do, we didn’t want you to miss it. Here’s what you’ll find:
- More information about the NEA and PTA’s #ThankATeacher Campaign and how your school can get involved. You can find editable flyers to announce your very own “Very Important Teacher” event and certificates to honor specific teachers.
AND
- Access to posters, social media shareables, and web art to help provide an easy way for you to get the word out and help celebrate teachers.
