The McCarthey Dressman Teacher Development Grant Program is a great way for educators to get monetary help in implementing new teaching programs, methods, and strategies into the classroom. The grant is for $10,000 per year, not to exceed 3 years (up to $30,000).

Eligible applicants are those educators who are actively looking to improve classroom instruction, are willing to document their new approach in detail, and who are creative with their well-thought-out approach to improving learning.

Applications are accepted from January 15 – April 15 each year. They only accept 350 applicants and then close for submissions. Keep this in mind and have your application ready to go by January 15th to ensure your application goes through.
