Summer is Closer Than You Think – Time to Start Planning Your International Teaching PD Adventures
With the holidays approaching and snowflakes starting to fall, I know the last thing we are thinking about is summer. As you wrap the gifts and place them under the tree, I would like you to consider getting a little something for yourself, too – like an amazing, free, international trip uniquely designed for teachers like you! Due to the planning logistics of PDs of this magnitude, participants are chosen early, and often, prep events occur before the year ends. This means applications for summer experiences are open NOW and close in the next 1 to 2 months, depending on the experience. Below are listed summer international opportunities for various disciplines and teaching levels. Skip wrapping one afternoon and allow yourself to dream and type! How would traveling to these places and learning these things change you and your teaching?
