Nourish The Future: A national education initiative developed by science teachers for science teachers. Their mission is to inspire a network of educators to foster critical thinking, connect students to modern agriculture, and provide sound science-based resources that meet teachers’ and students’ needs in the classroom. Join the Teacher Leader Community for a year-long leadership fellowship where you will learn agriculture, meet industry scientists, network with teachers across the country, and travel to attend an all-expense paid Commodity Conference in Denver, Colorado in February, as well as a graduation celebration in Missouri in the summer. This leadership program will have you collaborating with national education experts and industry professionals while also gaining leadership and curriculum design experience.

World War II Museum: K-12 teachers are invited to immerse themselves in World War II education and learn how STEM manufactured victory. Participants will learn how to use the Little Engineers (elementary), Real World Science (middle school), and STEM Corps (high school) curriculum guides and best practices in science education. The teacher leaders will discuss activities in Physical, Earth, Life Sciences, and Engineering and will demonstrate how to integrate literacy practices and social studies into science investigations with students, as well as create an incredible Louisiana experience for all participants. This is a 5-day immersive experience with travel costs covered and booked for you with housing provided at Higgins Hotel. All breakfasts, lunches, and several dinners are covered. The Holocaust on July 20–26, 2025, for Grades 6–12 Social Studies teachers, English teachers, and librarians, STEM Innovations on July 13–19, 2025, for K–12 science/technology/ engineering/math educators.
Fighting for the Right to Fight: African American Experiences in World War II Dates: June 22–28, 2025 for Grades 6–12 Social Studies teachers, English teachers, and librarians.

LiftOff Summer Institute: NASA’s Texas Space Grant Consortium is hosting a week-long professional development training for grades 5-12 teachers. This aerospace workshop emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) learning experiences by incorporating a space science theme supported by NASA missions. Teacher participants are provided with information and experiences through speakers, hands-on activities, and field investigations that promote space science and enrichment activities for themselves and others. Get ready to be immersed in NASA lessons, see behind the scenes of Johnson Space Center, and lunch with astronauts in this out-of-this-world PD. This summer institute is focused on flight paths to innovation. Travel costs, hotel, and meals are included through an included grant.
