This workshop is designed for  8 – 12^th grade teachers, specialists, math coaches, supervisors, school & district administrators.

In this workshop, teachers who are interested in creating STEM lessons in Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 and/or Trigonometry, will have the opportunity to do so in a way that is aligned with the Mathematics Common Core Standards and the Next Generation Science Standards. In addition, participants will receive a sample grading rubric to measure the effectiveness of student learning when utilizing lessons.

Collaboration is encouraged and teachers will work in groups to ensure participants create the best possible lessons.

Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their laptops and a calculator.

This is one workshop in a series of workshops (AMTNJ Summer Series).  The cost is $149 for your first workshop in the series.  If you attend more than one workshop, the cost is $149 for the first one and $119 for any others.
