Enjoy a day of professional development at Duke Farms learning about the importance of fungi. Dorothy Smullen is a teacher, naturalist, and mycology expert. She will provide a display of fungi and lichen use in art and culture, present a lecture, and guide educators outdoors for specimen collection and ID. This workshop will be held rain or shine so dress accordingly and BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch).
