The Moss Foundation provides grants to teachers who wish to integrate art into their classrooms. The grant is specifically focused on art programs for kids with special needs. Art programs are a great way to get hands-on learning into the classroom for kids with different learning abilities (particularly non-verbal students).

A few ways this grant can be used are to expand upon or implement the following types of programs:

  • Drawing
  • Painting
  • Sculpting
  • Ceramics
  • Architecture
  • Printmaking
  • Photography

The Moss Foundation awards $1,000 grants to educators every year. To apply please visit http://mossfoundation.org/grants.htmlhttp://mossfoundation.org/grants.html. Applications are accepted from July 1st – September 30th each year.
