NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. ALL ENTRIES HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on June 11 at 12:30 p.m. EST and ends on July 10 at 11:59 p.m. time EST.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to only legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years or older as of date of entry. Participant may not be part of any exclusionary list. Plymouth Rock employees and their immediate relatives, and High Point or Palisades appointed and subproducer agents and their employees are not eligible to participate.
SPONSOR: The sweepstakes is sponsored by Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey, 331 Newman Springs Road, Suite 304, Red Bank, NJ 07701. You understand that you are providing your information to Plymouth Rock.
AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant (or if the Entrant is not of the age of majority in his/her state of resident, his/her parent or legal guardian) fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, The Entrant must complete all of the required information on the Sweepstakes form and follow all instructions. Your entry is automatically entered in the Sweepstakes by clicking the submit button upon completion of the information form. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means are void. One entry per person, except as set forth below. To enter without using the Sweepstakes form, send your full name, school name, school town and active/retired status to teachersinsurancenj@gmail.com. Entries must include “Kindle Giveaway 2018″ as the subject. Emailed entries must arrive by 11:59 pm EST on July 10, 2018.
By providing your email address, you authorize Plymouth Rock to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking “unsubscribe.”
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) grand prize consisting of an Kindle PaperWhite E-Reader and a$75 Amazon Giftcard will be awarded to a single winner at the close of the Sweepstakes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutions.
Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor.
Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within fifteen (15) days after the drawing. One (1) winner will be selected by Sponsor by random drawing from all eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.
If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, a winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing.
RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants (or, if eligible minors in their jurisdictions of residence, their parents or legal guardians) (i) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and (ii) except where prohibited by law, consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likenesses, and/or statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known without additional compensation, and upon request, winner will provide written consent of such use. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason including but not limited to computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problem, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize in a random drawing from all entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of cancellation.
Each entrant also releases Facebook from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute relating to the identity of any entrant by Internet, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such an email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
WINNERS LIST: For a name of the Sweepstakes winner, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to [contest name and year] Sweepstakes Winner c/o Plymouth Rock Assurance PO Box 906 Lincroft NJ 07738. Request must be received by August 1, 2018.
