David Nash, Esq, Director of Legal One and Rebecca Gold, Retired Director of Human Resources will be presenting recent case law regarding sexual harassment and other forms of employment. They will discuss Healthy Workplace Environment policies and take you through various scenarios in which participants will determine the appropriate course of action. Boundaries can be crossed verbally, physically, or virtually and we all must understand the impact it has on others. This workshop is open to PreK-12 educators, technology coordinators, and school administrators throughout New Jersey and provides participants with 5 professional development hours.
