Students performing science experiment

Calling all high school biology teachers across the globe! Here’s a chance to get pumped for the upcoming school year! You’ll have the opportunity to engage in experiments that can be utilized in the classroom and spend time observing instruction from the point of view of a student (“student-mode”). “Teacher-mode” will also be practiced to promote student reflection. The ultimate goal is for educators to leave this workshop with new strategies and techniques that will give students a whole new appreciation for the nature of science.

Ticket prices range from $275 to $770 depending on 1 or 2 week attendance and whether participants are receiving financial support from their school, district, or other organization OR if participants are paying for the workshop themselves. Teachers are encouraged to ask their schools to pay for the ticket by sending in a purchase order.

1st Week only

  • $275 – Participants NOT receiving financial support
  • $385 – Participants receiving financial support

Both Weeks

  • $550 – Participants NOT receiving financial support
  • $770 – Participants receiving financial support
