As we near the end of the school year, who isn’t thinking about the time they will spend at the beach? That’s why the LBI Foundation of the Arts and Sciences is inviting you to another year of “Teach at the Beach”. There will be over 14 different sessions covering everything from water quality to coastal geology. This is a fun-filled day that has something to offer teachers of all grade levels. There are hands-on demonstrations, walks on the beach (weather permitting) and plenty of ideas for how to engage your students in the classroom. Be sure to review the session descriptions prior to registering as they will assist in making your selection!
