This workshop is dedicated to changing the role that the PLC (Professional Learning Community) currently plays in Education by utilizing CAR (the Connected Action Roadmap).

As described by the FEA: “CAR training creates a coherent plan of systemic implementation of effective practice and makes curriculum development a priority—a shift from program to practice.”

PLC’s can effectively enhance teaching and performance of our schools—educators (via PLC’s) can have a hands-on role in facilitating this change. This workshop will address practical ways to make this happen.
