Organize with Google-Mail, Calendar and Forms

Are you new to using Google? Or maybe you already use it, but want to know more about how to customize it for your life and your needs? Regardless, this course will help! The end of August is a great time to get organized and to set up procedures that will benefit you all year long.

- “Gmail-Participants learn how to filter incoming messages to increase productivity and steal back valuable prep time. Send emails with attachments, set up recurring, scheduled or self-destructing emails- manage contacts and contact groups.
- Calendar-Participants will create a new calendar, set up mobile alerts, and create a new event that contains a link to a document to simulate how they can use Calendar to share their lesson plans
- Forms-Participants will get an overview of examples of Google forms and learn to create custom templates and manage form responses.”
There will also be opportunity to work with the instructor to explore other google products.
If you don’t already have one, you need to create a GMAIL account before this class/workshop.
