In order for a student to reap the benefits of education and gain the most from their classroom experience, they need great teachers and great teaching.  However, teachers are often hindered in what they can accomplish in the classroom by poor student behavior. This is a lose-lose situation where teachers cannot meet their goals and students miss out on valuable learning.  Former Superintendent, Steven Bollar will lead this focused session to deliver a multi-step program addressing what is needed to maintain positive classroom management, leading to better outcomes for all. Participants will leave with specific strategies  and tools to improve their classrooms.
