Participants will learn more about the opioid epidemic that is ravaging the state and its impact on public schools as well as the Governor’s Task Force on Drug Abuse .

This session, will help to educate those who are in a position to significantly influence NJ’s young people with regards to drug and alcohol abuse prevention.

Participants will hear from expert presenters from the New Jersey Prevention Network and the Association of Student Assistant Professionals of New Jersey on drug and alcohol abuse awareness, collaboration with law enforcement, discipline and counseling.

Attendees will receive information on the most up to date research and the best practices being utilized in New Jersey school districts to help.
