Math is increasingly important in the world and is a core component of the  21st century skills that students need for future success. Sometimes math can be difficult for students to learn and they may find it uninteresting. Math & Movement is changing the game by introducing exercises that are both research-based and classroom tested, that lead to an increase in mathematical skills and self-confidence.

How does it work?  The website explains: “The series of math-movements are uniquely designed to build number sense by including moving and counting with varied voice levels. The math-movements improve students’ basic math skills, critical thinking and a child’s ability to focus and learn.

Teachers will learn new strategies for increasing student engagement, making math fun, teaching kinesthetic learners, building number sense, and bringing the joy of learning back into the classroom!”
