Program description:

“The New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE) Office of Readiness, in collaboration with Rutgers Business School-New Brunswick, is presenting a Summer Business, Finance and Marketing Teacher Institute on August 8 and 9. You may register for one or both days, each day will cover different content. Registration is from 8:30-9 a.m.

The teacher institute will provide participants with the opportunity to develop and strengthen their curriculum resources, industry partnerships, and teaching strategies in the areas of Business Management & Administration, Finance and Marketing.

Workshop sessions will be led by industry professionals and Rutgers Business School faculty who will provide participants with valuable classroom-ready resources and information. Educators will have the option to attend three workshop sessions per day.

Please bring a laptop, iPad, tablet or other device that has the ability to access the internet. Wi-Fi will be available.

Lunch will not be provided, but there are places on campus where lunch can be purchased. Casual attire.”
